The Return/Exchange policy

* If for whatever reason you are not satisfied you may request a refund or exchange
* Refunds: The original shipping costs (S&H) charge processed to our shipping agents are non-refundable. Additionally, a mandatory 15% restocking fee will be deducted on the netted amount, which is the value after deducting the S&H charge. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
* Exchanges: Customers are required to contact our customer services to request for an Exchange Reference Number. This number should be retained for future references when contacting our customer services. However, all exchanges will be reviewed for permissibility.
* Customers are responsible for choosing the right shoe and size, however mistakes do happen
* Unacceptable reasons for a refund or exchange may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
* 1. Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed
* 2. Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture
* 3. Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer)
* 4. Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer
* 5. Damaged merchandise incurred during the course of delivery (i.e. refer to Pricing and Payment Options)
* If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong shoe or wrong size Urban Baller will cover the shipping charges both ways and replace the item in question.
* If a mistake was made by the customer regarding color, type, size, we will accept an exchange but we will charge a 15% restocking fee
* Customers MUST contact customer service at urbanballerstore@gmail.com within 2 business days from the date of delivery. In this instance The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping both ways. This may be done by either paying Hot Urban Kicks the shipping cost and have us arange the shipping, or they may choose to set it up, if the customer chooses to setup shipping they are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information. Any returns without a tracking number or requests made past the expiration period; unfortunately, will not be honored.
* Products returned must be returned fully with any accesories intact and in box.
* Urban Baller reserves the right to void any exchange or refund if this criteria in not met. All returns must be sent within 5 business days of receiving order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
